Not easy to mass approve shared secure items
Too many emails when sharing passwords/secure items
Need to be able to share personal/family items but not Business items in a business account. You can either turn off sharing or on but not for each Space in Dashlane Password Manager
Filtering/searching should be right above the grid and not kind of hidden above the left navigation.

Usability

We have used LastPass and found it more intuitive than Dashlane Password Manager. Also, sharing functionality is a little better with Dashlane Password Manager

Alternatives Considered

LastPass and Dashlane Password Manager are fairly equal in secure storage but LastPass was easier to use and sharing was also more robust

Approve/accept function when someone shares a large number of secure items. It is not clear or you are not able to approve all at once. Also, the sharer of items gets an email for every single accept/approve.
