I use Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room for most deals by using it during live processes for file sharing and pertmissitioning purposes.

Cons

  • keyboard shortcuts
  • faster doc uploads
  • minutes saved redacting
  • cuts down on emails sent bc you can share a batch all
I feel that Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room has a good interface.

Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room is much better than SS&C Intralinks DealCentre because it is easier to use and better customer service.
