Overall Satisfaction with Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room

We use this VDR for sell side M&A processes. The business problem is efficiency managing the VDR when staging files, processing files, and finally managing buyers in an organized way. So the scope of the use case is wide.

Compared to other providers in the virtual data room space, Datasite Diligence's usability is much more intuitive. There's definitely a learning curve with some features, but for the most part I find the product to be easy to navigate and use.
