Overall Satisfaction with Db2

In our organization, We use IBM Db2 for database storage and use Db2 for our audit DB.

Pros

  • I think Db2 is very fast
  • In my experience, Db2 is easy to use
  • In my opinion, Db2 is begginer friendly
  • For us, Db2 has improved data strorage, providing a positive impact for our business.
In my opinion, the data storage capabilities are the most valuable capabilities in Db2 for us.

In my opinion, I would likely recommend Db2 to a colleague because Db2 is well suited if the use case aligns. There are other options like Postgres which one might want to consider. Overall, I think Db2 is not a bad choice.
