It helps to have control under all user authentications and credentials. It also manages user authentication from the platform, so it gives more robust and better solutions when implementing authentications and privilege access. We have used this tool since it was thycotic. It has been a top 3 solution on the market.

I think Delinea has now more features and more grown capacity. Other products tend to stay with the same way of doing things. Delinea has also many features that help decide for it. Support and documentation have never been an issue.
