Overall Satisfaction with Delta Sales App / Sales Force Automation/ Employee Tracking App

I use Delta sales app for taking orders from different parties as well as for location tracking and attendance of employees in our company. It is also very helpful in preparing different types of reports.

Pros

  • Live location tracking
  • End of Day(EOD) report
  • Works offline as well

Cons

  • SMS integration in mobile for some notification
  • No need of too much notification to come for each order creation and approval
  • Apart from cash, cheque, and bank transfer in payment mode, there should be other options as well
  • Delta Sales App takes orders instantly using a mobile application and gets automatically updated to the web dashboard
  • Updates the delivery status of the product instantly
  • Increase sales by promoting different programs, schemes, and order recommendations

I found it overall good what I was looking for. It is an all-in-one solution for field sales automation.
I am getting support whenever I need it either on chat or phone or email. They are solving my queries regarding this app.
Delta Sales app is more appropriate for FMCG industry where we need a salesman on the field for performing different activities creating parties, orders, taking collection, live tracking of employees.
