Overall Satisfaction with Deltek Vision

We use it as a whole organization for CRM, project tracking, marketing campaigns, timesheet tracking and expense reporting.
The user interface is not easy to use as others.

Higher up decision making has the last word and price comparison to influence the firm to choose Deltek.
My company uses Deltek mostly for managing and tracking projects, but its interface makes it hard for some users to correctly track a project with previous clients. The project number tracking is difficult to edit if there are minor errors.
