It only helped learn and train the team members, as our use cases were quite different and didn't allow simple implementation with the configured workflows. Rather than spending training on multiple users, we're able to train super users, and the knowledge transfer with the help of pre-configured workflows helped to increase the skilled workforce for the application.

We used to track almost all documentation, and with practical usage and trained team members, we have now integrated it with our project management, which allows us to maintain records of discussion, processes, changes in processes, developing BRDs, ISO documents, and with all versions also helped to version control of our projects. We've integrated with PowerBI for continuous monitoring and to provide insight to boarder audience. We've recently enabled trigger management for our KPI that helps us to keep track monitor, and act proactively before a disaster.
