Overall Satisfaction with Diligent One Platform
We use Diligent One Platform for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Internal Controls and Audit Tracking. There were several manual processes that were time consuming and not efficient. The product aids our organization with automating and streamlining many of our processes. It also helps us to have all workstreams/areas in one tool.
Pros
- Can be customized to fit the needs of our organization
- The customer service is helpful as we are able to reach out for assistance
- The tool itself links risk and control which assists with integration of the two areas
Cons
- knowing who to reach out to for questions and concerns can be challenging
- Project App is hard to use for ERM; specifically for noting risk response plan actions
- The FedRamp environment is last to receive certain updates/upgrades
- Time savings for automating ERM risk assessment process
We have not really delved into using Storyboards, but hope to use some of your functionality in the future.
