Overall Satisfaction with Diligent One Platform
SOX program administration and reporting. We have approx 800 key controls that are tested generally 2x per year. With Diligent One, we can easily report status and regular updates to stakeholders.
Pros
- User access / rights control
- Certain reporting (but cross-view reporting is a problem)
- Real time updates
Cons
- Time reporting vs budgets is terrible
- Reporting in general is clunky / doesn't cross views - same prob exists in Activty Center
- Latency
- 302 survey workflows
- Has made our SOX status reporting much more streamlined and effective
N/A - our company remains siloed - no real desire by upper mgmt to have a single cross-functional platform
