Overall Satisfaction with Diligent One Platform

The connectors are very difficult to match with systems, it is not easy implementation for the people from TI that does not know the platform. Also this takes a lot lf time and this time is not reimbursed when you pay for the license that creates delays on work documentantion and problems.
Diligent One Platform provides support for organizing better the process and key controls addressing significant risks, also permits monitoring the efficacy in the Internal Control System. Also, it is a great tool for distributing policies to users so they will be aware of them and comply with their provisions, promoting a better Control Environment.

  • Distribution of policies to users for their knowledge
  • Organize findings and classify them for reporting
  • Provide useful frameworks for compliance with Standards

Cons

  • Functions are not available in version for LATAM countries
  • Map around 200 processes
  • Test around 2500 controls
  • Address similar risks

Administrative matters such as timesheets are very helpful, summary of findings categorizing issues by teams, projects, severity, processes, and much more.
Reporting for users are presented in an easy way and with the necessary information for process and controls owners.

All the features in Diligent One are not available in versions in LATAM, this needs to be corrected.
