Overall Satisfaction with Dooly.AI

Most of our sales, onboarding and implementation team use Dooly for all customer calls and interactions. As soon as you start a new note and link it to the Salesforce account, opportunity, etc. the related notes will appear and you can quickly see all notes for that account. They also sync with salesforce.

Personally, I use it to update all of my opportunities while I'm on a call with a customer while taking notes. I also can quickly update accounts and opportunities using the boards feature so I don't have to use SFDC as much. It saves me a ton of time!
  • Dooly saves me a ton of time when I need to update Salesforce records
  • I can easily log calls and interactions with customers directly from Dooly
  • The Gcal integration allows me to start a new Dooly note from a customer call directly from the calendar event
  • I think the home screen can be organized in a more visually appealing way, but that's the only thing I can really think of. I'm quite happy with the tool.
  • Note taking, updating SFDC accounts, opportunities, logging calls and activities,
  • I'm sure managers love the board's features because reps can quickly update opportunities. For example, if I need to push out the close date for a few opportunities, I can do that within seconds, rather than multiple windows I'd have to open in SFDC. Even updating records in-line in an SFDC view takes more time than it would in Dooly.
  • Dooly allows me to work more efficiently and spend more time taking notes and updating recording accurately. That's more time I can spend selling and speaking to customers.
I used to keep my notes in Evernote, but this is way better because of the seamless integration with SFDC. Other than that, I haven't come across other apps that are like Dooly.

Yes

Dooly is well suited to log calls, update SFDC records, take notes, and assign SFDC tasks. It's super customizable so you can choose which fields you want to display in your views. Sure you can update these things in SFDC individually, but when you have multiple meetings and calls a day, Dooly saves you a ton of time.

Dooly isn't well suited to view SFDC reports.
