Overall Satisfaction with Duo Security
Duo Security provides an excellent solution for Out Of Band Authentication. Duo also allows you to manage multiple applications across the Duo platform to expand OOB Authentication.
- Duo provides flexibility in OOB authentication by allowing the use of mobile devices, one-time PINs and predetermined call back numbers.
- Honestly I have a hard time coming up with a con for Duo security.
- The ROI of using Duo Security was immense, Duo allows the use of existing technologies and infrastructure, so there is little additional cost to the implementation and use of Duo as a security solution.
As a former user of PhoneFactor the predecessor to Azure, I found Duo to be simple to Install, Configure, Manage and use. Duo also offers flexibility for users that are not part of a companies BYOD program. PhoneFactor required more administrative support than does Duo.
