Overall Satisfaction with Duo Security
Duo is currently being used to to increase security for administrative systems, and those with sensitive information. It's used mostly, but not exclusively, within the internal IT staff. It's also being tested (and working well) as part of the login process with an F5 glb apm for our virtual desktop infrastructure.
Pros
- Very fast response times.
- Multiple verification methods.
- Easy to recover accounts.
Cons
- The call me verification, if going to a cell phone, is a vulnerability.
- What's the ROI of not being hacked? Cause it's that.
We used several other systems, but safenet was the most implemented. Duo is far more versatile and user friendly.
