Overall Satisfaction with Duo Security

We use Duo to secure multiple systems that have integration with Azure active directory. It's a one stop shop for multi-factor authentication. We are also evaluating with using Duo on PCs. It's working out very well. It has also reduced our compromised accounts by almost 100%.
  • Multi-factor authentication.
  • Integrates with multiple authentication platforms, i.e. Azure.
  • Secures accounts.
  • I don't see any real weaknesses, really.
  • User adoption.
  • No more compromised accounts.
  • Not expensive per user.
We were looking at Ping but never demoed. We just had a few vendors that used Ping and they liked it, but it wasn't for us.
They are quick with support responses, and now that they are a part of Cisco, you have a top national company backing the product. Its a win-win for both companies.

We use Duo Security to secure multiple systems. We set it up with our Azure and use it for other products that can be integrated with Azure. We also used it for our ADA VPN and some PC logins. It a very versatile product.
