Overall Satisfaction with Duo Security

It is used across the entire organization for multi-factor authentication. It is used to authenticate to servers that require a bit more security as well as to access the network externally by using a VPN, it ties in well with current infrastructure for authentication purposes and allows users to easily access the network with the click of a button whilst helping us enhance our security posture.

Pros

  • Works on multiple mobile platforms.
  • Keeps up to date and is well supported.

Cons

  • I can't think of any. It really does what it is supposed to do.
  • Enhanced security in an increasingly dangerous online environment.
  • Easy for users to use and get accustomed to..
I believe it would be on-par with a number of services that exist. It will all come down to if it is available for your platform you wish to integrate it with and if the price is not prohibitive.
I did not have to engage them during my time using and administering the software as it works reliably. Also, there is a lot of documentation online.
