Overall Satisfaction with Duo Security

All employees use duo to secure the company network when remotely accessing it.

It works well and it’s easy to use.
Increased security and network. We had huge trust issues in the past with other software.
We have not had any data issues since using this.
Not really. Our IT company installed it...which was a bit of an issue because it wasn’t clear how it needed to be installed. But that was an isolated incident.
In the past we used a vpn. It was more seamless than duo but duo adds a level of security that decision makers felt comfortable with.
It works well to secure the system. It’s also works well because most people always have their cell phones vs a dongle key. It does not work well when I get kicked off abs I need to re enter the info. It’s not a huge deal but this tends to happen a few times a week.
