Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud helps us to track the daily conversations generated by our content for the hole brands ecosystem in the agency. This helps us to understand the sentiment and the main topics that our community have. Aiming on better content delivered to our audience and higher results in interaction and community.

  • A complete record of results from years before
  • Instant data

Cons

  • The switch from analytics to unified analytics
  • The new features are not always available
  • Positive impact by discovering new behaviors in our community consumption of some dishes for a restaurant.
Most of the Emplifi tools are amazing.
This has helped us to deliver better reports and have a better response to our clientes needs.
Even on specific campaigns where not every content published responds to a campaign, we can group everything by tagging each content.

Well suited: the complete community management hub, where you can tag the messages from the audience to have a complete report of topics and sentiment.

Less appropiate: the content inspiration feed, sometimes is very low in results or accuracy in the results.
