Emplifi allows us to better distribute content across our multiple networks, and also gives us a richer picture with metrics. Regarding issues, we see that sometimes posting repeats posts or, for example, duplicates links. Reports have been sent by the company, but the problem persists. Beyond that, it's a very valuable tool that saves us time and allows us to see where we stand. AI tools allow us to create interesting copies.

I work in customer service and use Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud within the Dynamics 365 tool to respond to customers who contact us through public posts or direct messages we receive on our social media profiles on Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and TikTok. Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud brings all social profiles together in a single tool, keeps a history of customer messages, and allows for content control and moderation. This means that the team doesn't need multiple logins, and everyone has access to customer contacts and messages.
Pros

- Translates messages sent in other languages.
- Allows public and private messages sent by the same customer to be viewed on a single page.
Cons
- When a customer sends several public messages, I usually respond to them one by one, and it is difficult to know which messages have already been answered and which have not.
- The translation option was particularly difficult to find when you need to enable it for the first time.
- On several occasions, customers send images and photos that cannot be viewed, so I have to ask customers to resend them in different formats. I couldn't figure out why this happens, and it happens even when a customer replies to a story.

We use Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud to track organic social performance metrics, as well as for community management across organic and paid social comments. Without it, we wouldn't have consistent and clear data and insights on our post and profile performance. It serves to demonstrate the value of our organic reach but also to inform us of what content resonates best with our audiences.

Cons
- Being able to customise the widgets displayed in the Unified Analytics 'Campaigns & Labels' section would be a huge benefit! This would save time in having to supplement the section with a dashboard that fills in the gaps.
- Enabling comparison to other timeframes in the same widget would be amazing - so that we could see YoY comparison in the same place, or performance of a recurring annual campaign side by side in the same graph.
- Having an option to make labelling mandatory when posting would be great! So that you get a nudge to add a label before it allows you to schedule. Currently this is only possible if you select a specific label group as mandatory.

Emplifi is a very useful platform that helps us interact with consumers of our various brands. It helps us decrease SLA, and gain unique insights in our consumers. For us, Emplifi is essential to create two-way dynamic communication with our consumers. Our consumers value this lower barrier to contact us and getting interaction on the content they share with us and publicly.

We cooperate with Emplifi to support our social media service program and basically use Care & Listening functions. It is great to help us integrate across social profiles on different platforms and deal with customer suggestions and complaints. Meanwhile, the labelling function also provides possibilities to analyze massive amounts of data.
