Overall Satisfaction with EMS Software
We started using EMS in our student union in 1998. In 2017 we upgraded to professional plus and added the web app for our customers. This year we have now implemented EMS Campus and will go live with it November 1.
- Communication between services (house crew, a/v, food, parking etc)
- Flexibility
- User-friendly. Easy to train people how to use the system
- More friendly mobile app.
- With the web app it has given my event coordinators more time to work with the larger events than the smaller weekly events
