Overall Satisfaction with Epicor Eclipse

Epicor Eclipse is the center piece to all off our operations. It covers the needs and processes from all of our departments including, Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Accounting, ect.

Pros

  • Industry Tailored

Cons

  • Outdated backend
  • Expensive upgrades
  • Difficult to understand
  • It's made growing our business difficult
Its just an old system, that even the developers have said it's past it's time. It functions, but I would never recommend it to someone.

Epicor Eclipse might still be viable for small operations, who just need something to get them by. In my opinion, for a growing company, it's lackluster and dated at best.
