Overall Satisfaction with Epicor Prophet 21

We use it for accounting, inventory, orders, and purchasing.

Pros

  • Good for distribution companies
  • Easy to manage uploads of inventory or changes
  • Pricing Libraries

Cons

  • The support service is horrible, takes too long to respond and they do not communicate well in a timely manner to issues.
  • Reporting is harder than expected
  • Training Material is limited
Yes, we have done most of the above.
Yes - We had used their B2B and it did not work well for us and has been replaced.
We used it but it was not successful. We understand that there is a new version and were looking into it but the people we spoke to who have it have said that they are having major issues with it and it has been months so we chose not to consider them this go round.
  • It allows us to do most of our business relatively easy.
Find that the customer support is very lacking and even our assigned rep is very lacking in followups.
