Overall Satisfaction with EventPilot Meeting Platform

We use EventPilot to host a mobile and web application to accompany our annual meeting event. The scope of the use case is everything from getting the applications on the app stores, to users being able to build a schedule of which sessions they'd like to attend and build an itinerary.

EventPilot Meeting Platform Support

Our support team including Mike Fenn has been excellent. On multiple occasions he and Ed Zawadzki have gone above and beyond to support us with very quick response times. They both are very knowledgeable of the platform and if I were to recommend EventPilot to another association I would explicitly mention the great support I received.
