Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

We use it as a CRM and as our primary email interface

The email functionality and segmenting needs a lot of work to make it user friendly
There is limited ability to delete and revise source codes and activist codes, which makes it difficult to clean up the database
It is incredibly different to select multiple criteria and pull them into appropriate lists, in large part because some reports are done through the report manager, others are done through list building
