Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

EveryAction manages the contact acquisition and actions we take for federal lobbying efforts. It supplants our current CRM to keep contacts completely siloed within our multiple tax entities. We are currently using EA for email marketing, digital ads, online forms, and voter contact. We have built out permission roles, CSS form templates, and web sign-up online actions.

Make sure to use the full amount of hours offered in your implementation contract. The training offered is necessary but will not make up the full amount of time available, so be sure to use it for full set up -- templates, CSS, DKIM/DMARC, etc. After implementation, it will be more difficult to get support unless you have a higher-level contract.
Our support rep seemed to be available to get the training complete.
We started implementation two months ago so have yet to see the larger impact of using EveryAction, but so far it has allowed us to spin up a separate CRM instance outside of our general CRM to pilot new features, access the voter file directly, and still get the variety of actions we are accustomed to.

When running a campaign that is not time-bound or could easily go over election seasons, EveryAction will be perfect for you to maintain your contacts, connect to voter file data, and take action with your voters. It would be too much for a short campaign that just needs quick access to voter file information through the VAN.
