Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

EveryAction is the software we use to manage our donor database. We use this to track all our members and their engagement with the organization.

Pros

  • Donation Tracking
  • Member Management

Cons

  • Report generation
  • Time saved on data entry
  • Improved our ability to track where donations are coming from, and reasons for donating
EveryAction's support team did an excellent job with our data migration and subsequent training.
To date, I have not experienced any outages in service.
We are just beginning to utilize the marketing and advocacy features.

EveryAction is great for managing your donor database, tracking donor engagement, and managing memberships.
There are some functionalities I would like to see added, for example, the ability to run reports showing donors who have increased or decreased their giving in the past year.
