Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

We use EveryAction to generate email communications to large audiences with updates on action-taking opportunities and campaigns.

Pros

  • Drag-and-drop feature to build emails
  • Automating the process
  • Sending proofs/previews in HTML and formatted

Cons

  • Ease of use for training and onboarding
  • More seamless integration with VAN
  • Has made it easy for us to send branded emails to large groups of supporters
  • Has helped communication be professional and consistent
I haven't seen outages or interruptions in service when I needed to use the tool.
It has made it easier for us to reach out to large groups of people at a time with links to sign up for events or send messages to legislators.

In my experience, EveryAction is very well suited for crafting and sending updates to large audiences. The tool is cumbersome for quick updates and communication with smaller audiences.
