Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our Organization use EveryAction to engage and collect data for voters throughout our state. It helps us draw our universe and be able to collect data from interactions. And we can also send emails from EveryAction, which allows us to interact with people immediately. I have used it before at my previous job as well.

has a way for people to sign up/donate
easy to navigate

Cons

Lower price for smaller organizations, its great but can be costly.
Sometimes customer support can be slow, especially when you ask questions around election season.

Implementation Rating

I was not involved in the implementation process for my organization, this can not answer this question accurately. I can say that every person that has used it has had positive reviews.

Reliability and Availability

At most times, EveryAction has been available for us when we need to troubleshoot things that are happening in the system. There has been some questions we have posed that took a while to receive an response, but not many. We receive all maintenance emails.

Performance

In the department I am in, it has helped us track our canvassers performances and track the engagements we have with voters across the state. In my previous job, it helped with tracking contributions.

Alternatives Considered

Aristotle Campaign Manager

Both are fairly good databases to use for data. I believe EveryAction has a better interface when it comes to tracking engagements and conversations. Aristotle price is a tad better.

Likelihood to Recommend

I will recommend EveryAction a to any colleagues I inreract with in the community engagement space. Because the way their interface interacts with customers is smooth and efficient, and is a great tool to collect data while you are out interacting with potential voters. I do wish it was more affordable.
