Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

We use Every Action to track voter data, to create RSVP links for upcoming community events and trainings, to understand data on our communities (such as through pulling lists of demographic data or other indicators). I also use EveryAction to create and send out newsletters to our communities, alumni program, etc.

  • Functionality -- not super streamlined or clean
  • Integrations with other softwares like Asana, Slack, etc.
  • Unified engagement
  • Better understanding of our community base & their characteristics
  • Time saved being able to pull lists
I was very easy to understand and learn how to use.
I've never had any issues with availability or use!
It has enabled us to keep track of our communities better, send out advocacy emails and newsletters, increase engagement and connection.

It's completely different in my opinion, it doesn't serve the same purposes as those and is unique in what it does for our organization. The only thing it's comparable is to Airtable in terms of collecting & organizing data.
Well suited -- creating newsletters, creating event/training RSVP links, pulling lists.
Not well suited -- integrating with other softwares, email creation piece could have more functionality (graphics, fonts, colors, etc.)
