Overall Satisfaction with F5 Distributed Cloud API Security

In our IaaS (AWS) environment where our cloud native and microservice applications are deployed, it is crucial to protect the applications, APIs, and even the IaaS infrastructure itself. We deployed F5 Distributed Cloud API Security as Web Application Firewall and Cloud API Security to protect the applications from Web-based attacks and at the same time, to protect the apps from API based attacks. With F5 Distributed Cloud API Security, we can address multiple security requirements in one single solution. From Application Delivery, to Application and API Security. One comment is if F5 Distributed Cloud API Security can be flexible in both acting as API gateway+Security, and also can work with 3rd party API gateway (ex. Apigee), the better.

  • Seamless integration to 3rd party API gateway (ex. competitor is NONAME)
  • 300K per year
We don't really use the platform but we deploy.
