Overall Satisfaction with FactSet

FactSet is a tool that has add-ons to work with links with other tools such as Excel and our CRM. The database for the analysis is huge and allows to reduce the work time. In addition, it has a robust and stable API that also guarantees better data analysis with statistics that can be exported to Excel without problems.

FactSet is the most suitable platform for the fulfillment of the projections of the company, it allows a good data analysis, it complies with integrations with our CRM, it is also easy to integrate with Excel for a better reading of data when exporting the graphs, I have a Robust and easy-to-use API. The interface may not be the best, but I think the functions, in general, have met my demands.

Using FactSet

  • The good customization and good understanding it offers of our finances ensure that we have a good experience with FactSet.
  • Perfect software for our financial research, it generates good data results and good proactive features.
The technical support motivates us to continue using FactSet, we will not stop using the advantages that this software offers us.
