Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Use it to track preventative maintenance tasks. Ensuring we do regular checks and maintenance on different pieces of equipment and aspects of buildings. We included the step-by-step instructions for the tasks that need to be completed and how often it needs to occur. It helps ensure that all our equipment is being regularly maintained.

Usability

The UI is a bit dated. Also would be nice if able to include pictures into work orders in a better way. We use Fiix by Rockwell Automations as a way to also include instructions on repeating tasks, making it easier to add step by step instructions would help a lot and with the addition of pictures within the steps.

Alternatives Considered

I haven't used other solutions, so not sure how it stacks up.
