Overall Satisfaction with FileInvite
Collection of docs is primary use.
We have found:
- This software is budget with loading templates. In my opinion, it is is the worst I've seen.
- in my opinion, unreliable and hopeless support.
- we have an issue in with FileInvite where an invite is taking over a minute for the screen to refresh. We mentioned we would look to leave it they didn't get back to us in a few days (a timely manner). This is apparently a known issue. Unbelievable a company that's while business relies on a quick processing of data/files, in my opinion, simply has no interest in fixing.
