Overall Satisfaction with FloQast
I use FloQast to ensure all payroll items are addressed and completed prior to me closing out payroll. Prior to using FloQast me and my manager would have to connect several times prior to closing payroll to make sure all items were completed. We now make our notes in FloQast which eliminates us having to meet in order to close out payroll.
Pros
- Gives you options to add task that are important to you and your team.
- Allows your team to make notes, rather than having to email or slack you.
- Great check off list
- Send reminders when you have missed a task
Cons
- Currently I have nothing that I see to be an issue for me.
- WHEN RECEIVING EMAILS REGARDING MISSED ITEMS IT IS NOT ALWAYS EASY TO FIND THE MISSED ITEMS

- Ease of Use
It was important for our organization to have a system for which several different departments would not have to spend a great deal of time on training or working on a system whereas they felt intimidated. FloQast was easy to implement and thus far all departments have sed the system with ease.
Not certain there would be any changes. This system has worked for us.
