FoxitPhantom PDF is being used to notarize documents, editing, converting of documents, and viewing of documents. It is being used across the whole organization. It is solving the problem of creating PDF documents and makes it an easier process, especially when sending the documents to the scanner. It has saved us a huge amount of time and everyone can easily share the PDF documents in the required format.

Pros

Easy to use with an intuitive user interface.
It simplifies working on multiple documents by splitting them into separate tabs.
It allows creating and converting of PDF documents into different formats like HTML, RTF, [etc.]
Its integration capabilities with Google Drive, Dropbox and many others is incredible.

Cons

It fails when it comes to dealing with image-heavy documents as the performance is low key.
