Overall Satisfaction with FreeAgent

We use FreeAgent to maintain accounts, run payroll, submit VAT returns, etc. Pretty much everything that a small consultancy needs to do, FreeAgent does and does well.

Pros

  • Easy to use and understand
  • Excellent user interface
  • Bank feeds

Cons

  • None really - aside from adding even more integration FreeAgent is good as it is
  • Increased efficiency
  • Increased visibility
FreeAgent was really the first product we looked at based on a personal recommendation and since we found it to be almost perfect we didn't look at the alternatives.
I believe FreeAgent would be appropriate for almost any SME, especially professional services firms and consultancies like ours.

Using FreeAgent

I spent nearly two decades in IT and am happy to say that FreeAgent's user interface is one of the best interfaces I have ever used.
