Overall Satisfaction with GatedContent.com

Prior to GatedContent.com there was little control over our multiple users and how they applied their data capture solutions. These were often poorly executed, with little thought for downstream data management or data compliance. GatedContent.com is the perfect tool for us as it allows for data governance and standardization at scale. We manage a multi-lingual infrastructure it is essential in transforming data at the point of capture to allow centrally led processes (e.g., lead routing and segmentation) to function seamlessly. GatedContent.com has also allowed us to closely control and easily comply with GDPR regulations across different markets. GatedContent.com have given us the ability to roll out and manage gates/forms across the entire web environment from a single, simple-to-use platform. It is also central to our attribution model, tracking everything you'll ever need to know about the source of a contact, lead, or opportunity.
  • Data standardization without complex backend processes and washing machines
  • Allows for centrally led data governance at scale with no scope for end user error
  • Simple to use tool for both admins and end users
  • Great product support from knowledgeable team
  • Supports multiple languages/cultures
  • More functionality around design
  • Ability to export reports
  • Efficiency in terms of end user time, but also in terms of moving data through the marketing and sales funnel
  • Having a fully compliant database driven by predefined rules
  • A fully functioning first and last touch attribution model without painful forms configuration each and every time
Eloqua, Hubspot, and Pardot, whilst not directly comparable, all have a forms solution, but these solutions become inefficient at scale and are open to user error. They can be difficult to implement across various CMS environments and aren't always easy to configure from an attribution perspective.

GatedContent.com brings a lot to the Marketing Operations party, governance, standardization, etc, etc. but above everything else, if you're serious about growth marketing, GatedContent.com is essential in setting up a fully functioning attribution model. The best thing is that once the key data capture points are defined and built, end users don't need to worry about UTM and other key tracking parameters, they run in the background and plug into pre-exiting processes.

Very responsive and capable support team, all with excellent product and industry knowledge. Also, access to the developers if required to help support, particularly during the onboarding, set up, and testing process.

Using GatedContent.com

Easy to use for both admins and end users. The individual gate/form configuration is guided and simple with little scope for error. Admins are able to steer the configuration with mandatory fields etc. There is a comprehensive knowledgebase and a very response support team if knowledgebase doesn't cover the query.
