Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Geckoboard to broadcast our metrics and system status to TVs to help our team see where we are for the week month and quarter.

My team greatly appreciated adding this, as they can see at a glance where they stand in the rankings and how we're doing as a team.

Pros

Easy to use. No nonsense.
Reliability is great :)
Provides a great value for the price. My team appreciates seeing the metrics.

Cons

Would be nice to be able to customize a bit more.

Alternatives Considered

Domo

Domo is more robust. We do use both because Geckoboard is really easy to show the rest of our team without the need for additional licenses.

Likelihood to Recommend

Geckoboard is well suited for teams wanting a quick and easy way to show others your metrics, both internally and externally. It's easy to use and hook up to the API.
