In my organization, I use GEP SMART as a Procurement Manager.

  • GEP SMART is intuitive
  • Good and fast support

Cons

  • GEP SMART is improving the functionalities well.
  • automation of processes
  • improved collaboration between colleagues in different countries.
GEP SMART suits well my work.
I think AI hasn't impact my organisation in relation to GEP SMART.
I gave GEP SMART this usability rating because, in my experience, GEP SMART fit well my work.
Sometimes there are delays and bugs and I need to refresh the page in GEP SMART.
