Overall Satisfaction with GlobalMeet Webcast
Our company uses GlobalMeet platform to host our quarterly investor calls - audio and presentation deck only, no live videos nor video streaming
Pros
- It's very helpful to have a point of contact to manage communication and the event. We've worked with a few event managers over the years and they have all been great.
- We've also had great experience during the production (e.g., pre-recording sessions for simlive events). All the production team members we've worked with have been professional and efficient.
- Our main account contact has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He is detail oriented and responsive. And we particularly appreciate his thoughtful follow-ups after the events to confirm everything met our expectations.
Cons
- Presentation deck upload - we upload PPT deck for our webcast and sometimes the fonts and formatting become different from the original deck after processing. This remains the case even if we upload the PPT as image. It would be helpful to have an option to upload PDF for presentation decks, or enhance the "upload as image" function to ensure no formatting change.
- Whitelist - currently whitelist can only be updated by GlobalMeet team for our event. It would be helpful if we can have that function in the event admin portal for users, or allow us to see who are on the allowed/whitelist for the event.
