Overall Satisfaction with Goodworld
As a non-profit, we have several events throughout the year. We use Goodworld, Cheerful giving site to build our fundraising events and fundraiser profiles as it's very customizable and easy to use. The customer service is great, and they are very quick to respond to us with questions or help. Also, they are open to suggestions and are making changes/upgrades for an even better experience.

- It's allowed us to have several fundraising events going on at the same time without confusion.
- We use it for multiple fundraising events. It allows the individual fundraisers their own platform, combined with the overall event. It shows event totals along with the individual totals.

We are a development team of about 8 people, located in different areas. We liked Goodworld because it was easy to use for all of us, each being in charge of our own event, but using the same information. It has a dashboard that will show overall numbers and statistics.
