Overall Satisfaction with Google Domains

We used to use Google Domains to hold several of our domains that we use to market under. This was a cost-effective way to have domains to market from that integrate well with Google Workspace. We used to host all domains on Google Domains as it was an effective method for managing domains easily.

The program worked well for what it was advertised to do. I would love to host all my domains on Google Domains, as it feels good just to keep everything in the Google ecosystem; however, we no longer use Google Domains since they were sold to Squarespace. We now use HostGator.

All of these products are very similar. You can design a whole site with Squarespace, which is nice. I believe you can also do that through GoDaddy. We prefer to use HostGator as we exclusively use WordPress Elementor for all of our sites, so HostGator is perfect for us at this level.

Google Domains were effective for the time that we used them. It was a super easy way to get a domain. It was nice to have as part of the Google Ecosystem, but lacked several feature capabilites which I assume is why they sold to Squarespace. We migrated to Host Gator, where we can host all of our sites.
