Overall Satisfaction with Google Domains

Each employee has a Google inbox, and we use Google Drive to share documents. The main purpose is to provide one source of information

Pros

  • User-friendly inbox interface
  • Reliable
  • Drive holds information without a time limit

Cons

  • Inbox is pricy
  • Drive should have a more comfortable way to filter/organize information
  • AI features are still missing
  • Doesn't have easy API to use with external AI tools
  • Trust with customers
  • Productivity increased
It's reliable and easy to use, it can definitely use improvement with advanced AI features and external API
