Each employee has a Google inbox, and we use Google Drive to share documents. The main purpose is to provide one source of information

Pros

  • User-friendly inbox interface
  • Reliable
  • Drive holds information without a time limit

Cons

  • Inbox is pricy
  • Drive should have a more comfortable way to filter/organize information
  • AI features are still missing
  • Doesn't have easy API to use with external AI tools

We used to use Google Domains to hold several of our domains that we use to market under. This was a cost-effective way to have domains to market from that integrate well with Google Workspace. We used to host all domains on Google Domains as it was an effective method for managing domains easily.

  • Ease of management of separate accounts
  • Longevity, it was sold to Squarespace
  • It could have had more features.
