Overall Satisfaction with Google Sheets
I use Google Sheets for creating product pricing tools, market sizing, scenario comparison and others. A couple of things I like about Google Sheets:
1.- How easy you can share the files with colleagues.
2.- The fact that there is a version history that lets you go back to previous versions and perform audits on changes to the documents.
3.- The seamless integration with Google Slides is also very useful, allowing you to export tables, or graphics, and allowing you to update them directly from Google Slides, giving you versatility while maintaining data structure.

Pros
- Integration with Google Slides
- Ability to export a sheet to other Google Sheets files
- Version history is awesome
Cons
- an easier way to lock cells
- easier way to configure graphics, more graphics options
- By simplifying complex pricing models we help teams be more self-sustainable
- with Google Sheets we avoid expending money on complex software developments for otherwise simple tasks
I like Google Sheets over MS Excel mainly for the shareability, version history management and integration with Google Slides. Document loss vs. Excel is a non issue in Google Sheets. Also if you have an Excel file, you can easily open it in Sheets with virtually all features and formulas. I don't think you can do that with Google Sheets in MS Excel.
