Overall Satisfaction
- The goal setting process is very straight forward and leaves little room for error or confusion.
- As an administrator, it is very easy to go into the system and assist users when they have trouble with anything from passwords to where they are in the process.
- I like being able to view appraisal history quickly and easily.
- There are too few options for the managers to go back in and adjust goals. Everything feels very permanent.
- In IE my halogen crashes at least once per day.
- We have only recently started using the system, so we don't know yet.
- I do know that the employees get excited about entering their goals, so that is positive.
