- Compentency Ratings and Comments - I like being able to choose a rating and make applicable comments in support of that rating.
- I train the managers on how to use Halogen. I like the Suggested Comments box. This can assist them with comments when they "get stuck." This can also be a hinderance for managers who rely on this tool only and don't use specific examples.
- I like being able to sign-off electronically. No papers to file!
- I see no weaknesses.
- It has helped to put the goals front and center. It makes people more accountable.
