We use it in conjunction with ResMan. We use it for out turn board, work orders and after hour calls.

- Really happy now, excited to start using their call functionality for after hour calls
- Wish it had two way communication with ResMan that happened a little faster, this is picky though

- We were able to eliminate CallMax and use HappyCo for after hour calls and it pretty much paid for itself
They have better turn boards and inspection reporting.
