We utilize HERO across the school for tracking target behaviors and rewarding students.
  • Tracks behavior easily.
  • Allows rewards as well as consequences.
  • Focuses on positives.
  • Reports can use more modification.
  • Needs to communicate two ways with other software.
  • Individual user reports need to be more user friendly.
  • It frees up time.
  • Avoids confrontation.
  • Easy incentives.
HERO is better at providing positive feedback, less communication options.
I use HERO daily for recording student consequences for behaviors that typically used to cost me class time.
