Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it for device management, both for mobile phones and tablet kiosks. We are using Hexnode UEM for a few users in each of our departments at the bank I provide IT services for. Hexnode UEM helps us manage all of our mobile technology easily through one portal and helps us stay in compliance with our security guidelines.

ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus

ManageEngine was confusing and hard to get support from, in my experience. We use other products from ManageEngine and it is always a headache to get a hold of them. Hexnode UEM is two clicks and you are talking to someone on their live chat pretty much all day. ManageEngine did not have nearly as much documentation that was as comprehensive and understandable as Hexnode's, either.

Likelihood to Recommend

Hexnode UEM seems like it can be great for companies of any size; however, with any UEM, it can be cumbersome if you have more than 50 devices to manage. Small businesses can definitely benefit the most from Hexnode UEM services. It is definitely more tailored for Android support, but that is simply because the OS is much less proprietary over iOS.
